In the heart of Médina, "ancient city" of Marrakech, only 2 minutes far from the Jemaa El Fna’s square, crossing through the noise of the souks to the calmness of the narrow alleys of the famous Mouassine districts – big King Saadiens ' Al-Ghalib '’s masterpiece; this district appears among the most meaningful achievements of the 16th century. It is about a conceived monumental whole of only one jet including a mosque with preaches, a fountain-feeding trough, an hammam, latrines, a madrasa etc.
Work of restructuring of this district in the past inhabited by the Jewish community, Mouassine seems to have achieved its goal as a Moroccan columnist of the 17th century, it notes: "This mosque became, it says, the centre around which turns the médina." Work models in measurement or other sovereigns will create thereafter comparable sets in other districts of the city... Mouassine become thereafter the residential district of princes Alaouites during the 18° - 19° and beginning 20° century. It is certainly with emotion that you will push a Beautiful door out of wooden and that you will enter to the magic universe, protected from Riad Amazigh - old residence of Moulay Jaâfer one of the princes of the Royal family and cousin of Large King Alaouite Feu Hassan II - where, you will be hosted cordially.
After a Hall-gallery carefully decorated, you will discover the patio with his beautiful fountain where will float petals of roses freshly picked and and its Menzeh (Moroccan traditional lounge)... There, a fresh air blast will make you forget the tiredness of the long walk through médina.
Lounges, restored according to the Moroccan tradition, will allow you to the will of your wishes : relaxing, rading ; discussing about the different curiosities of the red city.
Our cook will prepare you its marvellous Tajines, pastilla and other Moroccan dishes to taste. Without forgetting the mint tea or the freshly pressed orange juice, which are served by your room all times.
Every room has been decorated by sophistication and everyone offers a small private lounge with chimney and a beautiful bathroom in tadelakt.
A large Terrace with house plants and a small Bar are ready to receive you.
A solarium from which one enjoys a splendid sight on the Atlas and Marrakech.
