Riad Darna

Located in the heart of the Medina, the old city of Marrakech, this Riad benefits due to the fact that it is perfectly situated. It is has been entirely renovated and is a guest house filled with all of the necessary commodities. The Riad Darna has five double rooms each one finely decorated and containing a private bathroom, two patios, a large lounge hall and a terrasse with a panoramic view.
In the centre of the Riad there is a water fountain surrounded by chirping birds. Your dream vacation at Riad Darna is a peaceful guesthouse where you can enjoy food tasting of our local products and just relax in our comfortable surroundings.
Built around two fleurished outdoor patios, the guest rooms are all differently and beautifully decorated from each other. The vast lounge hall and the terrasse is where you can enjoy our Moroccan breakfast and out tasty entrees.
At a two minute walk you will find the Marrakech Museam which is filled with both cultural and traditional art work. Close by is the Medersa which is the Koran School which contains a library and ancient scriptures. You will also find at a short distance the Souk which is a merchant market in the Medina. Here you can buy ceramics, leather, bronze pieces, jewlery, outfits and fine spices.
Riad Darna is classified as a second category guest house in which has been given a 3 lantern rating. It officially has all of the necessary licenses and is also a member of the Guest House Association.

You will find a splendid water wall fountain on the patio with a couch corner and a dining corner for 4 people. There is also a dining corner for 2 people, orange and lemon trees and is covered to keep out rain and cold weather.
The Moroccan Hall has a satellite TV with a DVD player and dvds of the Moroccan Region. A second hall hosts a small library with books of Marrakech and Morocco.
We have internet service and telephone access for local calls.
We can organize excursions and airport transfers to and from Riad Darna. Room service for dining is also available.

Restaurant
We offer a traditional elaborate cuisine made up of fresh local products chosen by our cooks. Breakfast and other meals are served during the day and tea is offered to our guests upon arrival.
