Riad Dar Del Jade

The Riad, “Dar Del Jade” (she, the storyteller) is a traditional dwelling set in the heart of the Medina of Marrakech.
You enter the old home through one of the thousands doors of the red city hiding a mysterious and enchanting world. Dar Del Jade is 10 minutes far from the famous Jeema-El-Fna square, soul of the whole town, and close to the Bahia Palace.
In its rooms developing around the Patio you will appreciate the calm of an ancient place restored to its original beauty.
A few steps from the riad there is a small square with parking and access to taxis making the arrival of my guests easier and less tiring.
Dar Del Jade as all riads (meaning garden in Arabic) has a central patio on the ground floor with the Bhou, a cosy niche where to spend some time reading or resting peacefully and rooms all around. There is, the Moroccan dining-room, the kitchen and the room of the Italian woman managing the riad.
On the first floor you have the three bedrooms hosting a maximum of six people. All rooms are equipped with bathrooms having typical zwelliges (traditional tiles in Andalusian style) in warm colours.
At Dar Del Jade I offer you the three main elements of the house which are harmony, peace and well-being. Staying at Dar Al Samira you will experience the charm of Morocco in an authentic and cosy place.

Last but not least, on the upper floor you will be welcomed by a sunny and flowering terrace with its Hammam and solarium where you can enjoy the panoramic view across the ancient Medina and the Atlas mountains on the horizon.

The riad has three bedrooms:
- Blixex or yellow double room, double room with double bed, cupboard, bathroom with shower;
- Chatwin or blue double room, double bed, bathroom with shower;
- Malaika or green double room, two single beds, bathroom with shower.
