Riad Villa Dar Karmouss

Two minutes from the city exit on the outskirts of the Palmeraie, the Dar Karmouss Riad welcomes you in the middle of a garden of century-old olive trees, lemon trees, fig trees (Karmoous) and a breathtaking view of the Atlas Mountains. You can admire the beautiful view of the Atlas Mountains or the Palmeraie from the Améthyste and Jaspe suites located in each tower on the first floor.
The suites have air conditioning/heating and a large chocolate coloured bathroom which will seduce you with its trendy style. We aim at offering you a quality service in a hospitable spirit, another way of living in respect of culture and the values of this marvellous land.

The four halls and patio with indoor fountain offer you large comfortable spaces. A relax area decorated with African objects and equipped with satellite plasma TV, video library, hi-fi system and fireplace. An area for having breakfast or dinner. The Villa has a beautiful pool (7x15). A summer hall with fireplace and Berber curtains is the perfect place for enjoying a pleasant dinner in the open air.

Dining areas
Two indoor halls – Moroccan or European; an outdoor summer hall with Berber curtain.
The dining areas are exclusively reserved to residents who can invite their friends.
Midday: light lunch by the poolside or on the terraces.
Evening: à la carte menu, Moroccan and French cuisine as you wish.

On the ground floor: Cornaline and Amazonite rooms with direct access to the pool. The traditional side of the Berber style will attract you. The rooms are furnished with large beds, bathrooms in tadelakt, shower and toilet.
